Registration trustee

A registration trustee is a Dubai Land Department authorised office where a property transfer is formally completed and recorded.
Buyer, seller and any lender attend, funds and documents change hands, and the transfer is registered. It is the step that turns an agreement into ownership.
Completing anywhere other than through the official process is the single clearest warning sign in a Dubai transaction.
