Form F

Also called: MOU, memorandum of understanding

Form F is the standard Dubai contract recording the agreed terms between a buyer and a seller in a resale, before the transfer takes place.

It sets the price, the deposit and the timetable to completion, and is normally accompanied by a security deposit held by the broker or trustee.

It is the resale equivalent of the SPA. Signing it is the point at which the deal becomes real and walking away starts to have consequences.
