Privacy policy

The short version

We run a property-data site, not a data-harvesting business. We don't sell your information, we don't run ads, and we only hold what you choose to give us.

What we collect

• Questions you ask. Queries typed into the search are processed to produce the answer and may be logged to improve the service. Don't include personal details in a question.
• Details you submit. If you leave your contact details (for example to receive a report or subscribe to updates), we store them to do the thing you asked for, and nothing else.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic: pages visited, approximate location, device type. We don't use this to identify individuals.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or another channel, we see your name and number as any recipient would, and use them to reply.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• Send you marketing you didn't ask for.
• Collect payment details: the site takes no payments.

The property data itself

Sale and rent figures on this site come from official Dubai Land Department open records. They describe registered transactions, not people: no names, no personal details.

Your choices

Want your submitted details removed? Ask, and they're gone. You can also browse with analytics disabled at /team, the same switch we use ourselves.
