Dubai Diligence is a free, independent property-information service. By using it you agree to these terms. They exist to be clear about what the data is, and what it isn't.

What the service is

We publish market information about Dubai real estate, built from official Dubai Land Department open records: registered sale prices, registered rent contracts, and figures computed from them. Where information comes from any other source, we label it. We are not a broker, an agent, or a portal, and we have no listings to sell.

Not advice

Everything on this site is information, not advice. Figures describe past registered transactions; they are not a valuation of any specific property, a prediction of future prices, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or rent. Speak to licensed professionals before making property decisions.

Accuracy

We work hard to reproduce official records faithfully, and when we can't verify something we say so rather than guess. Even so, source records can contain errors and data can lag. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, and we aren't liable for decisions made on the basis of it.

Fair use

• Use the site for your own research, freely.
• Quote our figures with attribution to Dubai Diligence.
• Don't scrape the site at bulk, misrepresent our numbers, or pass our work off as your own.

Underlying data

Dubai Land Department open data is used under the Dubai open-data framework with attribution. Our presentation, analysis, and writing are ours.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
