My initial experience with Wasl was a positive one, the website is well built and customer care responded quickly. Unfortunately, following DEWA works that finished around 10 days ago, my villa's interlock paving has not been reinstated. As far as I can see, it is the only villa in the complex still in this condition. I have been requesting a repair for almost a week, and the date I have now been given is 9 days from today. Photo attached showing the current state. I would happily update this review once the work is completed. I hope this can be resolved sooner than the date given.

Case/Tracking Number: 4000978856 This is my personal experience with Wasl Properties. I attempted to rent a flat through the Wasl online portal. However, due to a technical issue during the booking process, the unit was not allocated to me even though I had completed the required steps they agreed that refund of my amount. Unfortunately, my refund amount of AED 20,167 remained pending for nearly six months despite multiple follow-ups through emails and calls with customer care. During this period, I was repeatedly informed that my case had been escalated to the concerned team, but I did not receive a resolution within the timelines communicated to me. As a customer, I expected a smoother experience from a reputed company like Wasl. The prolonged delay in receiving my refund caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I hope Wasl improves its online booking process, refund handling, and customer communication so that other customers do not face similar delays. I would appreciate Wasl reviewing this case and ensuring a timely resolution.

I am very disappointed. I raised a complaint 10 of May. They closed it without any information. They gave me a very big fine because of late renewal (1month late) but i couldnt renew because i had not acces to all the informations. It was my husband who was renewing and now he is not able to do it anymore. I am in a difficult situation and nobody answered. This is a shame.
