She was very accommodating and went out of her way to assist us throughout, making everything smooth and well-organized despite our client’s tight schedule.   A huge thank you to Select Group and the Kaizen handover team for such a seamless and efficient process. My new apartment in Peninsula Three and the overall building was in an immaculate condition. I was able to fit-out the apartment within 2 weeks from the handover as there were almost zero snags. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and look forward to investing with them again in the near future.

  One of the worst handover experiences I have had with a Dubai developer. Three months after submitting the snagging report, absolutely nothing had been rectified. Nobody from Select Group even called to arrange access or discuss when the defects would be fixed. Select provided no meaningful assistance throughout the entire handover process, and I ultimately had to arrange and pay for all rectification and renovation work myself because obtaining any support from them was impossible. The apartment was delivered late, in a rush, and with very poor workmanship. The handover itself was completely unprofessional. On the date arranged by Select, Empower could not issue the required documentation because Select had failed to provide the necessary information on time. This turned the handover day into an unnecessary confrontation caused entirely by Select’s lack of preparation. The office staff were rude, disorganised, and seemingly incapable of guiding a customer through the handover process from beginning to end. The problems continued after handover. At Peninsula Three, the management company appointed by Select, Kaizen, is clearly failing to perform its duties. There are serious security gaps: outsiders freely enter and leave the building and use the amenities without any proper checks. Multiple complaints to both Kaizen and Select have produced no results, and the situation remains unchanged. Parking is another major failure. Select gave virtually no thought to vehicle circulation or alternative parking arrangements in such a congested location as Business Bay. The entire setup is extremely inconvenient for residents and visitors. I own apartments developed by Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, and Aldar, so I have a very clear basis for comparison. My experience with Select Group has been by far the most disappointing. Poor construction quality, delayed and rushed delivery, incompetent handover management, rude staff, inadequate security, and complete indifference once payment has been received. I deeply regret purchasing from Select Group and would never consider buying another property from this developer.

  I completed the handover of the unit with Ahmed. Ahmed from Kaizen was very welcoming and gave me a comprehensive tour of the building in the Peninsula project. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Thank you!
