  The property is massive. There are all the amenities you can ask for. They have an arcade room for the kids. The staff is so kind and very friendly. The quality of food is amazing and very fresh. I left something at the buffet and forgot . Next day I reached out to Murok and they said they have kept it in the lost and found. This place is must visit.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Meraas. What was presented during the sales process is very different from what was ultimately delivered. For my client’s corner villa, around 2,000 sq. ft. of the plot has effectively been taken away from the private use of the property. Instead of a fully enclosed villa, a large part of the front area has been left open, with no proper boundary or privacy. This completely changes the functionality and feel of the home and is not what was expected. The after-sales service has been equally disappointing. Every issue requires constant follow-ups, appointments are missed, maintenance works remain unfinished for weeks, and communication is extremely poor. This is simply not the level of service expected from a premium developer. My client is a long-term and major investor in Dubai who was considering purchasing multiple luxury properties. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed his confidence in the Meraas brand. He has decided to sell this villa and will never invest in another Meraas project again. This has also negatively affected my business, as I can no longer recommend Meraas to my clients with confidence. Having good sales agents does not mean the product or the after-sales quality is good. Luxury is about keeping promises, delivering quality, and supporting your customers after handover. Sadly, this has not been our experience. A huge disappointment.

  I completely understand the negative reviews of Meraas' customer service. I had to send more than 7 emails and make multiple calls just to get someone to look into the issue I am facing. After more than a week, I received an email saying the issue has been resolved, even though it has not. People need to be held accountable for customer service failings, and internal processes need to be massively improved. This lack of customer service will negatively impact the company's reputation and will result in the loss of customers.
