Dealing with Emaar has been quite challenging. Our initial issue arose when we moved into our apartment in Creek Harbour. To get anything done, we're required to use the Emaar One App, and even then, a confirmation email is necessary for every interaction at the front desk in our building. Even when we follow all the steps meticulously, issues persist, and we often find ourselves reaching out to the community management for additional assistance, as we did with the reactivation of our key cards. This process can be incredibly taxing and time-consuming. It would greatly simplify matters if certain aspects of this procedure could be handled in person rather than relying solely on the app, especially given its occasional unreliability.

Very poor quality of products for the prices you have to pay. I have had 2 water heaters leaked and created damages in my house within 3 years. In the times that my water heater doesn’t leak, my AC leaks. Not worth the “high quality” brand at all….

I visited Emaar Square customer care center for the NOC related issues , the staff they are really friendly and helpful, especially Sameer Ahmed Parkar and Rahul karkera , their exquisite customer service really surprised me , they are super patient and efficient!
