I represent an investor who frequently invests with Ellington and I have been closely involved throughout the entire process from booking the units to the recent snagging conducted just a few days ago. I must say that this has been one of the best, if not the best experiences we have had with any developer. Mr. Omar Murad made the sales process very smooth and was highly professional in his follow ups and updates. During the process, we also sold one of the units and received outstanding service from Ms. Alaa Berjaoui from customer service department who was extremely responsive and cooperative. We recently completed the snagging for the first batch of units the investor purchased in Arjan. The quality of the building is exceptional and the amenities are truly second to none. The team on site including Mrs. Omida, Mr. Hatem and Eng. Amit were extremely helpful and patient explaining everything clearly and assisting us throughout the snagging process. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the service and the product delivered by Ellington and we will certainly continue investing with them.
