  Living and owning a binghatti property for 16 months has been incredibly discouraging. We are genuinely sad that we trusted Binghatti with our home. Since receiving the keys, we have dealt with endless structural flaws: 1. A balcony window that shattered after ten months. 2. Four months without any working home automation. 3. A ceiling leak that remains completely unfixed. 4. Missing wiring and electrical sockets for curtain motors. 5. AC units that constantly leak water. 6. Balcony doors that fail to block out wind, dust, and noise. We happily handle small repairs ourselves. However, getting the developer to fix serious defects is draining. A simple response takes days, scheduling takes weeks, and real solutions take months. The hardest part is that we referred a friend to Binghatti Aurora last year. She has barely lived there a few months and is already fighting damp walls and an unresponsive customer care team. This entire process has worn us down. We are now telling our friends to look at other developers. We leave this feedback hoping the leadership team reads it and finally fixes these core quality issues.

  One of the worst real estate investment experiences I’ve ever had in the UAE. My experience with Binghatti has been extremely disappointing from both an investor and end-user perspective. 1. They cashed the handover cheque nearly 7 months before the actual handover date. Despite multiple complaints and requests, the amount was never refunded or adjusted. My funds were taken for months without justification, depriving me of the ability to invest or benefit from my own money during that period. 2. The project handover was significantly delayed compared to the date contractually communicated and committed. 3. The handover process itself was handled very poorly. The focus appeared to be on pushing units through delivery rather than genuinely resolving snagging and quality issues. Most concerns were treated superficially. 4. The post-handover maintenance quality during warranty has been unacceptable — especially recurring plumbing problems that have still not been resolved properly after almost 10 months. This has negatively impacted both the living experience and the investment value/rental potential of the unit. For a company positioning itself as a premium developer, the gap between branding and actual customer experience is massive. I strongly advise investors and buyers to think very carefully before investing in their projects unless there is serious improvement in customer care, accountability, construction quality, and after-sales support.

  I have had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. The customer service is extremely poor—calls and emails consistently go unanswered, and there is a noticeable lack of responsiveness from both the handover and customer service teams. Despite having made full payment for my apartment, there has now been a delay of over six months with no clear communication or support provided. The handover process has been unorganized, and the accounts department appears to lack coordination. Reaching someone who is willing to take ownership or provide assistance has been nearly impossible. I feel stuck and unsupported in what should have been a smooth investment experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging with this company
