I will suggest everyone not to go with Azizi for any future apartments. The construction quality and management response is very poor. They are least bothered about the customer and more bothered about the money. In my experience, it is a 3rd grade developer in UAE market.

This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a developer and community management team. Thankfully, we’re just tenants and not owners. As soon as our lease ends, we’re leaving. It’s been an incredibly difficult year, we’ve faced water cuts nearly every other week, lasting over 13 hours each time, from 9 AM to 10 PM. There’s a complete disregard for the residents’ well-being and basic needs. On top of that, the property was plagued with constant leakages inside the apartments and, once those are dealt with, outside and around the swimming pools. Maintenance and construction work around the pool has been “ongoing” since March 2025, yet nothing has been resolved. We’re nearing the end of our tenancy and haven’t even been able to use basic amenities. This is an unacceptable and shocking level of failure. I can’t understand how such a disappointing experience could come from a developer with a name like Azizi. Their reputation is clearly misleading. I would never recommend living in, renting, or especially buying a property from Azizi. The experience has been appalling and to make matters worse, their customer service is practically non-existent. After a full year of unresolved issues in a newly handed-over unit at Azizi Riviera 23, we’ve received no apology, no acknowledgment, and no sign of accountability from anyone at Azizi. The unprofessionalism, lack of experience, and incompetence are simply beyond belief.

I can’t imagine who still buy from AZIZI in Dubai, Super UNPROFESSIONAL, If you want lose your money, you’re welcome to AZIZI. They perfectly will achieve that for you. I believe DLD should remove such a developer from Dubai caring about real estate market in the city. Never buy from AZIZI plsssssss.

I recently acquired an apartment in the Azizi Rivana 2 project, which was supposed to include three bedrooms and parking for two vehicles. However, upon receiving the keys, I discovered that one of the parking spaces had been removed without my consent or prior notification. Despite my efforts over the past two years to resolve this matter through phone and email communications, the issue remains unaddressed. As a result, I plan to pursue legal action, supported by my documentation, to seek appropriate compensation.
