Twelve weeks of registered activity
Volume and price move on different clocks. Reading them on one chart is the fastest way to see whether a busy week was also an expensive one.
The week on week read
The previous week registered 3,869 sales worth AED 11.72 billion at a median of AED 1,695 per square foot. Volume moved +5.5%, total value moved +36.5%, and the median price per square foot moved -2.7%.
Volume and value can move in opposite directions in the same week. A smaller number of large registrations lifts total value while the count falls, so read the two together rather than either alone.

Highest price per square foot
Areas with at least five registered sales in the week. We apply that floor deliberately: without it a single large villa sale can put an otherwise quiet area at the top of the table and make the week look like something it was not.

Numbers tell you what the market did. An agent who works the specific building tells you what it means for your property. We introduce you only to agents the Dubai Land Department itself classifies at the top of its broker rating, not agents who pay us.

Every figure is computed from property transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department, filtered to the calendar week 2026-04-20 to 2026-04-26. We report medians rather than averages, because a handful of very large sales pulls an average away from what a typical buyer paid. Price per square foot is derived from the registered price and the registered area. Rental figures come from registered Ejari contracts starting in the same week. Weeks are published only once complete; registered data currently runs through 2026-09-01. Registrations can be filed a few days after a deal is agreed, so a week can gain a small number of records after first publication.
