Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything personal in it, at any time, without asking anyone.
From inside the app
- Open your profile.
- Tap Edit.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. It happens immediately.
If you have already uninstalled
Email steven@dubaidiligence.com from the address you signed up with and we delete it within 30 days, usually the same day.
What gets deleted
Your name, email, phone number, photo, profile, listings, posts, likes, saved areas and message history. All of it, permanently, not archived.
What does not, and why
- Dubai Land Department records. Registered transactions are public record. They were never your personal data held by us, and we cannot remove them from the register.
- Paid meeting records. If you paid for a meeting, the financial record of that payment is kept because we are required to keep it. It holds the amount and the date, not your profile.
